General Information:

• The website is the primary source for information concerning special events, swim team participation, and closures.
• MVCC will be closed during adverse weather conditions, but may reopen if conditions improve.
• Members are allowed to bring non-member guests under the following conditions:
  • Members accompany their guests to the pool
  • Guests register at the front desk upon arrival
  • Guests pay the daily guest fee
  • Maximum 5 guests at a time per family
• Guest Fees: $8 per day. Members can Purchase guest fees here.

General Rules:

• Everyone must register to enter the club by utilizing the front desk app at front desk.
• Use of club facilities is at your own risk. The club is not responsible for any accident or injury.
• The club is not responsible for theft or loss of personal property.
• Club property damaged by members or their guests will be charged to the member.
• All children must be accompanied by an adult or babysitter with purchased babysitter membership addon.
• Adults are required to be in the wading pool (toddler pool) area with their small children.
• Pets are not allowed at Maple Village Country Club.
• Refreshments and food is only permitted behind the green line. Smoking is allowed at designated areas.
• Abusive or profane language is not permitted and will not be tolerated. Offenders will be removed from the club.
• Only persons in swimming attire should be in front of the green line.
• Any situations not specifically covered in these rules will be determined by the manager on duty.
• The Board of Directors has the right to amend or establish new rules at any time.
• Complaints must be submitted in writing to the Board.
• Changes in family members using the club must be submitted to the Board.
• Outside food and beverage is acceptable.
• Glass containers ARE NOT allowed. (Pool Deck, Picnic Area, Coolers, Basketball Court)
• Alcoholic beverages are permitted if consumed responsibly. Anyone that becomes rude or displays physical signs of intoxication may be asked to leave.
• Modest (appropriate) dress is required. Violators will be asked to leave or better conceal.

Pool Rules:

• Showers are required before entering the pool.
• No pushing, wrestling, running or acts causing undue disturbance will be allowed in the pool.
• Manager has the right to refuse admittance to anyone for safety reasons.
• Urinating in the pool is strictly prohibited.
• No “Horse and Rider” or “Chicken Fighting” is allowed.
• No swimming in the diving area.
• Do not hang on the ropes, unless in trouble.
• No inward or reverse diving during pool hours.
• Wading pool or “toddler pool” is for use by small children 4 years old and under only. They must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
• Diaper-wearing children MUST wear swim diapers when in either pool. These can be purchased at the front desk as needed.
• Only objects approved by the manager will be allowed in the pool area. Water wings are permitted only in the 3′ area.
• No spitting in the pool.

Basketball/Volleyball Rules:

• General club rules apply with respect to hours, ages, and guest privileges.
• Shoes must be worn on the basketball court at all times.
• No pushing, wrestling, running or acts causing undue disturbance will be allowed in the basketball court or volleyball areas.
• Members/guests are asked to clear the sand from their feet and legs, after playing volleyball, prior to entering the pool deck.

Rules that apply to Babysitters:

• Babysitters must be at least 16 years of age. Children under the age of 8 must be accompanied by an adult (18 yrs. or older) at all times. Babysitters who are younger than 18 yrs. old may not bring children under the age of 8 to the club.
• Babysitters must remain with the child(ren) at all times. Babysitters under the age of 18, and their wards, are not permitted after 5:00 p.m.
• Being added as a babysitter does not give the babysitter a membership. The babysitter must be with at least one child listed on the membership referenced above. The babysitter cannot be in attendance at the club when member parent/s is/are present.
• Members are responsible for the babysitter listed under their membership.
